This is one of the worst Wendy's I've ever been too. I have been here three times in the last 6 months, mostly because my kids want me to go there. However, the place is very run down. They never have ketchup or napkins in the dispensers, your food often takes 10-15 minutes to arrive, they're often out of menu items, etc. I could go on and on. The workers obviously DNGAF about being there. I ate a chicken sandwich there for lunch today and I could have made a better sandwich by throwing a kroger chicken patty in the microwave for 2 minutes. It was dry and warm - disgusting.
Demesha was my host at the drive thru, and she was an absolute displeasure. I've literally never had worse service at a fast food restaurant in my life. She was short, rude, impatient, and angry. Also, the food was cold and not prepared correctly. The food, I can understand, but you idiots need to fire Demesha so she'll stop running your customers off. She's terrible in every way, shape, and form.
Franchise owner should definitely respond to this review.
I'd say the folks employed by this location have the market cornered on hot garbage. Problem is they forget to heat it up every time I'm here. I should've probably known better than to even get my hopes up that I was going to exchange my hard earned money for something remotely edible or even heated up all the way this time. I'm noticing a pattern. And to the franchise owner, I applaud you. You are the Tom Brady of hiring absolute morons who can't properly use the English language, execute simple tasks like making fast food, or even function like normal human beings and look at the person they are addressing. If this was an Olympic sport you would be Usain Bolt. If I ever visit your establishment ever again I most definitely deserve every single shred of disappointment that I will most assuredly experience. Give yourself a round of applause my friend. Worst Wendy's in town. Now THAT is an accomplishment.
You know you hate your job when the customer orders a salad and instead of croutons, they hand you crackers. Not like they gave you a heads up. I don't even know if they had any to begin with nor if they would care to tell me. This is my second and last time coming to this one.
They honestly do not deserve the one star they got from me. The person at the speaker didn't even let my husband finish his order before she interrupted saying "I can't hear you" and "is that all". My husband has a loud voice so I'm sure she could hear him IF she wanted to! He asked for something specifically on the menu that I wanted to try and she yells back "naw we ain't got there". I told my husband let's go cancel the order because that's ridiculous at how rude she was. This isn't the first time we have had a bad experience, but the only reason we go is because my son loves the chicken nuggets from there at times. I usually don't say much, and it takes a lot for me to get angry with those people; however, today was the last straw!! I don't advise anyone to go to this Wendy's period. Go anywhere BUT THIS ONE! These are a set of people who do not value their jobs, and clearly they're mad at us customers because they chose to work in fast food. We will not be going back.
