This place always has fantastic sandwiches! If you're looking for very consistent good sandwiches for lunch or dinner then either Jersey Mike's or Firehouse Subs is the place for you. This particular location was clean and the staff was very polite. it's always nice to be greeted by smiling face so next time we are coming through we will definitely stop in again

Very friendly staff. I had a turkey and roast beef sandwich. This was first my time eating at Firehouse subs and they did not disappoint.
Food is great, service was good till today, been here about 5 times and always had happy frendly people, but today, cashier felt like she was bother about my presence and other girl behind counter not really happy either.. I never go back to restaurants with bad custemer service, I will give u guys another chance because its 1 out of 5 visits, please check on staff..
I come to this location Everytime I come to Memphis to get chemo treatment ...the staff is kind and friendly an nice and respectful and honest.. I salute the owner and managers for training awesome staff please keep up the great work!!
