I usually go here bc it's close to my home. This morning I went in just for a cup of coffee. I walked in and no one was waiting in line and there were 5 or 6 employees behind the counter....despite 2 of them looking at me multiple times no one acknowledged my presence for over 3 minutes.....when one of them finally did I said "Thank you for finally acknowledging my presence, I understand you're busy but a good morning and we'll be right with you", goes a long way...
He just looked at me so confused...after he handed me my coffee he finally apologizes....
My coffee was great, met my expectations! But the baristas exceeded my expectations!!!

We always use the drive-through. Baristas are friendly and personable, but Nick makes the best fraps, consistently!
I ordered a grande coffee with steamed heavy cream and 2 Splenda. However the coffee came out cold. I ask for steamed cream so my coffee is hot. Very disappointed. I tried to call twice however no one answered. When I pulled away from the drive thru there was no one there. I went to this location around 1:30 pm. on Tuesday, October 24. 2017
