The Real Deal!!! The people are nice and the food is amazing. Love it. Try the apple pie and the key lime.
I sampled the slap your mama pie and it was super sweet so I bought a strawberry cupcake instead. Omg! It was just as sweet as the slap your mama pie. I think both would be great if they didn’t use so much sugar. I understand those are sweets but it shouldn’t be so sweet you cringe and need a bottle water or two afterwards.
The pie was amazing! I had the "slap 'yo' Mama" chocolate pie. You have to try this pie! It will make a bad day into a good one. The people were also super nice and the prices were very reasonable. Go check this place out. It's fantastic!
I've been eyeing this small local shop near my house for quite a while now. I am glad that there was a place to get a slice for pie people like myself. I was given a taste of their award winning choclate pie when I walked in which was divine. Although, I was more in the mood for the custard pie they had on the menu which was amazing as well.I came in for a late lunch and had beefy vegetable soup with grilled cheese with my pie slice. I was a little disappointed at first by the quantity, however I was blown away by the quailty of the dish that was obviously made with care. The food was brought out in a timely manner with a smile, my plates where arranged with consideration and care. Some hotsauce and a packet of sugar are usually my preference in my homemade soups. It was at that point that I was blow away by the quailty service provided. When, I asked if they had hotsauce the cashier went out of her way to provide a packet of hotsauce that she had leftover from her lunch break at a fastfood restaurant. I was then asked what my favorite hotsauce was and was told they will order some for the restaurant. The restaurant was clean and well decorated with uplifting music. There is a strong community vibe in this place and I you won't leave without smiling at least once. The only complaint is that I was a little warm in there. However, it nothing that can't be fixed with stand rotating fan. I could have asked if they would turn up the airconditoner but I was almost done anyway. If you are more of a cake person they also have some amazing looking cupcakes I plan on giving a try one day. They have a pretty good variety of other desserts and meals. I highly recommend this place to anyone. I know I'll be back.
This place was AMAZING! If you love pie you have to come by this place and try a slice. They have a large selection and I have never gotten a pie that didn't blow my taste buds away.
